Structural Repair: A-1 also has the capability to lift and repair foundations, chimneys and basement walls using our patented Quad Power Piering Systemaugers, conveyer
belts, and other hydraulic mixing equipment. All of our
trucks nationwide have patented, state of the art technology.
A-1 can access areas of up to 275 feet from our truck and we
keep our mix very consistent in thickness. Too thin or to
thick of a mix can cause inconsistent results.
Our holes are always 1" and always reusable if ever needed.

Concrete Leveling:
  • We pump A-1’s specialized slurry under sunken concrete to backfill and raise it to the correct height.
  • A-1 drills 1” diameter holes, which are less visibly impacting after they are grouted to match your concrete when job is completed.
  • A-1’s pumping compound fills all voids under concrete as well as stabilizing clay-based soils. It is not damaging to soil or plants.
  • A-1 uses low pressure. Concrete isn’t very flexible, so less pressure is good. We pump slowly, filling voids up before the slab starts to lift.
  • We warranty against re-settling, with less than a 1% call back rate of re-settlement.
    • Structural Repair:

  • A-1 Quad Power piers flare out after they hit bedrock at 10,000 pounds of pressure or more. This is to prevent further movement of the structure.
  • Once the structure is stabilized and/or lifted, the piers are locked off and each 3 inch steel pier is filled with concrete.
  • When your foundation is backfilled afterward, there is no sign of the piers stabilizing your structure.
