Excellent and Fair
I am new to homeownership, and so when something goes awry I get pretty freaked out. To be honest, I'm probably a good target for swindlers, because I just want it fixed, but all in all I found Precision to be a nice company. They came out right away, and were able to not only fix the problem but also helped me understand *why* it happened so that I can help prevent it in the future. They were a *little* pricey, but I may be just uninformed too... 350.00 including an estimate to swap out the long stems on the hot, cold and shower handles, and an estimate of over 1000.00 to swap out for a simpler system... but it was done right, and they guarantee their work.
Pros:Nice, professional folks. Showed up on time.
Cons:A little pricey
