Good, honest, reasonable!
It was Saturday. I had just finished mowing my lawn, put the garage door down, and BOOM! I turned around, and a spring from my opener was on the floor, plus I saw a cable all frayed. Called Gold Label, who I'd used before. I was hesistant at first because they charged extra for Saturday. So, I called two other companies (one from this list). A company with many more testimonials on this list quoted me almost double what Gold Label did, (even including the trip charge!)even though they didn't charge a trip charge, so get a full estimate before judging the charges. The third company wanted $249 just to get my car out of the garage, not including the repair! Rob came out from Gold Label, assessed the situation, repaired it, and charged me LESS than the estimate! And, they came out right away. Next time, I'll just call Gold Label!

Cons:Trip charge for Saturday, but still less expensive than other companies.

None Better
I found Gold Label in the phone book. Not realizing the size of the company, in hind site I am honored to know the owner actually came out and met with me. Worked within my budget and provided exemplary service and quality. We ended up becoming friends.

Great Customer Service, No Surprises, No Hidden Co
Tuesday night one of my garage door springs broke. Wednesday I did some research on the internet and found out that it should no more than $200-$300 to get two new springs installed (it is recommended to replace both springs if one fails). Gold Label quoted me $250 (double door, 8-windows, 8-feet high) to do the work that same day and that's what I paid. The installer had me up and running in less than an hours and did a great job. I highly recommend them as they are honest and trustworthy.
Pros:Fair price, great customer service, quick and professional work.
Cons:None.
