Composite Deck and flagstone walk ways
We recently replaced a 20 year old deck at our residence in the Ken Caryl Valley. The before and after pictures are awesome thanks largely to Jon’s ability to listen to our priorities and then visualize and communicate our options. With a few graduation parties in our neighborhood the past few weeks, we had numerous visitors complimenting the beautiful deck and flagstone walkways. Once we settled on the plan, American Dream Decks did everything they committed to, plus more, ahead of schedule. Working with Jon and Jeff was a pleasure.
Pros:Very prompt, great communications, do what they say they will do plus more. They offer suggestions that not only improve the final product but saves money.
Cons:I wish that I could come up with one but cannot.

Good Stuff
Jeff Nixon/American Dream Decks completed a significant addition to our home in 2008 that included a new 28 X 28 garage with a hidden roof system enabling the garage to have a deck and sun room addition on top of the garage. Additionally, the front covered deck was replaced and two size able dormers that covered the front steps and a portion of the back deck were added. Lastly, the entire home was re roofed with steel. We are very pleased with the additions. Not only are they functional, but cosmetically match the exterior of the home to the extent that the entire home appears as if it was constructed at one time. Jeff completed all of the work within his original budget.

Composite Deck
We recently contracted with Jeff Nixon of American Dream Decks for a deck on the front of our house. We are thrilled with the results!! Jeff and his staff added a 10x28 composite deck to the front of our house and what a difference it has made to the look of the home. It was a pleasure working with Jeff. We were impressed with his easy going personality and most of all his integrity. He listened to all of the details we wanted, and made a number of suggestions that we had not thought of. Once work started, his staff was efficient and very detailed oriented. The final product was beautiful, and we have had numerous compliments from the neighbors. I highly recommend Jeff Nixon and American Dream Decks. We were pleased with the entire project.

Enjoying our deck!
Jon and his team worked quickly, carefully and professionally to create a beautiful deck and patio for us. The workers cleaned up after themselves each day, came when they promised and explained their construction process.
Pros:A beautiful well built deck. Built on time and on budget.
Cons:They were not our least expensive bid, but produced quality work.

Trellis/Pergola

Great Pergola
I want to take just a moment to thank you for a great job building the Pergola for our back deck. Elevated Deck

New Trex Deck
We recently replaced an old redwood deck at our residence on the Ken Caryl Ranch. The new Trex deck, measuring approximately 50 x 12 ft, was constructed by John Wright of Mountain Construction Services Inc. The crew completed the job in a timely and professional manner. In addition, John cheerfully indulged answering all of our contruction-related questions and made useful suggestions to improve the design as the work proceeded. We are very pleased with the high quality of the finished product. The crew also did a great job with the cleanup. I would recommend John to anyone contemplating building a new deck.
