Colorado Security Alarm has been locally owned for more than 30 years. Above all, we are dedicated to a strong policy of customer service and quality installations. Unlike many of the larger alarm companies, we do no mass marketing or telemarketing and we install every system on a custom basis (no two systems are alike since no two homes or businesses are alike). With our optional radio reporting system, we presently cover over 15,000 square miles along the Front Range of Colorado.  If you want to remove your land lines or you need high security, this is for you!

We provide ‘personal’ service. To us, you are not an account number. Rather, you are a person with a name. We never ask a customer for their account number when they call. Just tell us your name. Please don’t confuse Colorado Security Alarm with any other company whose name also starts with ‘Colorado Security’. We are not affiliated with any other company. We offer:

·  Highest quality installations at competitive (but not free) prices. Free/very low cost systems cost more in the long run, and are far less reliable!

·  When we come to you to talk about having a system installed, you will be talking with a person who would be involved in your installation.

·  Fast, knowledgeable service, is a high priority. We tell you exactly when we will be there, and do everything possible to meet that commitment.

·  We are open to and welcome suggestions for improvement from our customers.

·  A high-security radio reporting system is available to eliminate the alarm being compromised by simply cutting your phone line(s).

·  Our system is a 2-way system, which allows our Central Monitoring System to constantly check the integrity of every subscriber radio. This is not cellular and not subject to planned obsolescence!

·  We do not require our customers to enter into any long-term and/or automatically renewing monitoring contracts.

·  We install systems that are very user friendly, and are extremely reliable.

·  By providing quality installations, good training and systems that are easy to operate, we strive to provide systems that are free of false alarms.

·  We do not sell ‘whistles and bells’ that you do not need, or which might actually complicate or negatively affect the operation of your system.

·  Every system is customized to your needs and we will provide an accurate estimate of the cost of an installation to your home or business.
