If your chimney does not need cleaning you pay only a trip and inspection fee. We are honest, reliable and courteous. We are insured (a $1,000,000 liability policy), on time, do a thorough job and charge a fair price. If your chimney is unsafe to use we can offer recommendations. We replace mortar caps and perform minor repairs, but recommend calling a reputable brick mason for major problems. Occasionally animals will make their home in your chimney. We recommend bird screen for existing metal caps or the installation of chimney caps for masonry flues. A good rule of thumb for cleaning your chimney is approximately 1 to 2 cords of firewood between cleanings.
