How it works. Consumers and Contractors each register at ContractEscrowServices.com.  Then at any time (24/7) simply follow the prompts to request or release funds. Money is only disbursed when both the Contractor and Consumer agree that their terms have been met.

Is it safe? Contract Escrow Services is bonded and insured with CNA Surety. Funds are securely placed in an FDIC insured account with Bank of the West. All online transactions are encrypted. ACH transactions are secured through ACH Direct.
