I have worked with Larry Pothoff during the past 25 years that I have been a commercial property manager. What I have always like best about Larry and Brett is that they are very responsive. They will make time to meet you, get you a bid in several days and when you give them a job, they get the permit, get in and get it done. Many contractors take many days to provide a bid and then take a very long time to get the job completed. With CQL, you can always depend on them to be honest, fair and prompt. They have performed many tenant finish projects for me through the years and even though some of our clients want us to try other contractors, I am always dissatisfied. I always want to use CQL because I can trust them to get the job done!

CQL is easy to work with, and follows through. Very cordial and professional.
Pros:Easy to work with. Fair price. Great on call backs.
Cons:Some sub contractors not as professional or thorough as CQL is.

Home Improvement, Renovations and Remodeling
We highly recommend Brett and Larry for your Home Improvement and Remodeling needs. We have used their professional services for 3 projects in our home in 2008: Deck work, Custom Crown Molding design and installation around our sliding glass doors, and Porch Enhancements. We also have referred them to our friends, neighbors and even my boss. We have total confidence that they will take good care of them and not let us down. The best part about CQL 2000 is that we totally trust them in our home. It is the little details that mattered most to us. They made sure our Golden Retriever didn’t get loose from the house or back yard, and we didn’t have to take off work just to get our projects done.
