This offer does not apply if you are obtaining a short sale -

IMPORTANT NOTICE: You may stop doing business with us at any time. You may accept or reject the offer of mortgage assistance we obtain from your lender or servicer. If you reject the offer, you do not have to pay us. If you accept the offer, you will have to pay us all amounts described in the Listing Contract you sign with us for our services. Mortgage Assistance Relief Services ("MARS") - RE/MAX Alliance and Frank Duran are not associated with the government, and our service is not approved by the government or your lender. Even if you accept this offer and use our service, your lender may not agree to change your loan. If you stop paying your mortgage, you could lose your home and damage your credit rating.

Regarding Short Sales - Frank Duran does not take any fees from the seller to sell their home in a short sale. If sellers mortgage company does accept the short sale, Frank Duran is paid a commission by the sellers mortgage company for his time and work. If the mortgage company does not agree to pay Frank Duran, the seller is NOT obligated to pay Frank Duran a commission. If mortgage company declines the short sale, seller is still NOT obligated to pay Frank Duran a commission.
