Computer Specialist
I recently used Mobile Computer Specialist to repair my lap top that had crashed. I called around to the big box stores and other repair stores to compare prices and Mobile Cpomputer Specialist had the best price. When I called them to get their address they said no problem we'll pick it up, which was a pleasant suprise. When I got my lap top back it ran even better with the improvements they made. I was so impressed with their service that when they brought back my lap top I let them take my desk top computer to clean it up and it runs like new again. What great customer service, I would definately use them again!
Pros:Local service, free pick-up, prompt service and affordable.

Did Everything They Promised...and Then Some
Promised diagnosis in an hour. Did It. Promised to have me up and running and back in business in 24 hours. Did It. Promised to give me MORE than a reasonable PRICE. Did It. Courteous. Professional. Knew just what to do. Patiently explained and answered all my questions...even the ones I asked more than once. Briefly. I searched around and decided to try MCS. I needed to recover data from a hard drive. The operating system had become corrupted. Computer wouldn't boot up. MCS recovered all data. Re-installed operating system. Re-installed all my software. Installed all updates. Installed anti-virus software. Cleaned my machine. All I had to do was take it back to my office, plug it in and get back to work. The experience good not have been better.
Pros:Fast. Professional. Knowledgeable. Price was more than competive.

Reliable, fast and efficient
I have used MCS twice in the past year and have been completely satisfied both times. I received a call back within a day of requesting service and a specialist came to the house within 24 hours of their call to evaluate my problem. In both instances the computers had to be taken to their shop for diagnosis but I got a call back with diagnosis and repair estimate before the day was over. They replaced the hard drive on my desktop, reinstalled Windows and a new anti-virus software for a very reasonable price and got it back to me far sooner than I expected. In the second case my laptop was beyond repair once they looked at it, but since there was no charge for the visit, pick up and diagnosis I sure couldn't complain. I will always call them first and I highly recommend them to others whether you are a novice with computers or highly experienced.
Pros:Quick response, knowledgeable, reasonable prices, fast repair and return of the equipment--hardly any down time.
Cons:I can't think of any.

They Did Everything Right
Someone gave me the name of a "good computer guy". I called Mobile Computer Specialists to troubleshoot my computer problems. They took my hard-drive back to their office, cleaned up the viruses, returned it in a timely manner and they were NICE the whole time. The price was great. They have my respect and will get my business again, too
Pros:They really know their jobs. At home pick up and delivery. Super nice, easy going people to work with - who are SMART.

Kudos to Computer Mobile Specialists
I have nothing but good things to say about Corey and his employees at Computer Mobile Specialists. They go above and beyond to help, keep communication open and are very reasonable. They also gave away a computer to a friend that couldn't afford one. What a wonderful act of philanthropy. I would refer this company to anyone.

Yippee for Mobile Computer Specialists!!
My computer was only marginally functional when I decided I needed professional help. I was skeptical until I read the name Tom Martino. When Tony arrived he was quiet, polite and very efficient. He needed to do a bench test which I felt was justified. The problems were numerous, but completely resolved within 36 hours. The price was okay too.
Pros:So convenient!! Constant updates on what was going on with my computer. Very competent technical staff and Corey was great too.

Look no further, call Mobile Computer Specialists
I would refer and have referred Mobile Computer Specialists to my friends and family. My son accidentally clicked on the wrong button and brought a virus to my computer, that I was not able to clean. I spoke with Corey and he was very professional and honest. My computer was cleaned in a timely manner, and Corey found I had a hard drive that was bad too. My computer was back to me in less than 48 hours and the price could not be beat. Thanks Corey

MobileComputer
I recently used MobileComputer Specialists to evaluate my old computer and update my new computer. They were so professional Specialists I have dealt with in a long time. The service was great and timely. The work was outstanding and the cost was reasonable. In fact, the cost was so much cheaper than I thought, I was blown away.
