Extremely Helpful What a great inspector! He spent a lot of time at our new house, showed us everything that could be a problem. He was courteous, well informed and very easy to work with. I would not even consider another inspector! His report had pictures to back up all defects, recommendations for things that needed to be fixed, and items just for our knowledge. Thanks, Phil.
Pros:Nice Report. Pictures. Price.

Satisfied and Informed Customer Phile was easy to work with and kept my wife and myself informed on the home we planned to purchase. He pointed out things in the house, and luckily not much missed his eye, and very minor things were found inside the home that needed attention. He also did theraml imaging, which pointed out where weather-stripping was needed to stop the lose of energy from inside. All in all, Phile did a great job, and my wife and I would highly recommend him to other potntial home buyers.
Pros:Knowledgeble, courteous, reliable, and cares about the client.

Inspection at 8358 S Pebble Creek Way #203 80126 Phil Gage is an exceptional real estate inspector. We had the opportunity to use Phil's expertise twice in two months. Due to his competence the first inspection resulted in our not purchasing the condo. He located and documented several previously unnoticed (or unreported) defects that if we had purchased the particular condo it would have eventually cost us upward of $6000. to $7000. more that the purchase price.
Phil documents everything with words and photos. He is very personable and extremely efficient. We would recommend him to anyone in need of a real estate inspector.
Thanks Phil, Jim and Anita

Inspection Saved Me $7,000 We (Jeff and Elizabeth, re: 28380 E. 162 CT) took your advice and had the septic line video scoped. Turns out the previous owner's "water feature" (10 tons of rock) crushed the septic line. Estimate $7000 to repair.
Pros:I feel I got more than my money's worth with your inspection!!
