Tom Bopp – “Cream-Of-The-Crop” Home Inspector
Tom, will inspect a home for the “good” the “Bad” and the “ugly.” When looking to purchase a home he is exactly the type of home inspector I want on my side. If there are “any” problems top-to-bottom Tom will find it, video tape it and record it in writing. When Tom finishes an inspection you will definitely be armed with the facts of what discrepancies exists thereby protecting your financial interests in any potential property you hope to purchase. I want to express my sincere gratefulness for the professionalism that Tom demonstrated on my behalf during two home inspections this past year. I will not consider using any other home inspector other than Homespeck Inspections and….neither should you!!!!

Tom was ere extremely knowledgeable, professional, and customer focused. He pulled no punches and gave the straight story. The CD and book he prepared were extremely helpful and well beyond my expectations. He also has a great sense of humor. I would recommend tom to anyone who really wants a detailed professional inspection at a reasonable price - a must for an investment in a home.

Very thorough
My husband and I are buying our first home and called Tom to look at the house after we saw his reviews. We love that he records the inspection - especially since my husband wasn't able to attend. Tom did a great job at pointing out things we had missed and found problems that we wouldn't have known about. I've no doubt he's saved us a boatload of cash.
Pros:On time, thorough, straight-forward.
Cons:a few cell phone interruptions...

Tom is GREAT!
Tom is a great house inspector. He will inspect all of the major items which would make or break your decision to buy a house. He covers everything major top to bottom! He pointed out several items that I would have never noticed and saved me lots of time and money in the long run. I love the DVD that he gives you right on the spot, allows you to review anytime with the exact problem that is going on. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TOM FOR HOME INSPECTIONS!

Best Home Inspector in Denver
I have used Tom from Homespeck for every home inspection I have ever had done, and I can't imagine using anyone else. The DVD of the inspection is so useful. It's so much easier than trying to remember details from the inspection by looking at page after page of comments and checkboxes and still photos. Tom is an "independent" home inspector in every sense of the word. He wants you to know everything about the house. He doesn't try to spoil the deal, but he will make sure you can make an informed choice because you will know every detail about the house. Tom is very easy to get along with and will take the time to explain anything that you have questions about. He's not afraid to answer any questions you have about the home buying process, either. He's a true professional. If you want an inspector to breeze through the inspection and sign off on the deal, look elsewhere. But if you want a throrough inspection that will give you all the details of the home and let you choose whether to add items to the objections or walk away alltogether, then Tom from Homespeck is your man. I recommend him to all friends who are looking for a home.

Tom Bopp- Homespeck Home Inspector-TOPS!
Tom Bopp whom I HIGHLY RECOMMEND is a wonderful gentleman who is totally thorough in his inspections and totally professional and courteous to you the customer. Tom covers roofing,electrical,furnace, water leakage, water flow, insulation, electrical boxes,gas fireplaces, negative grade, window wells, and everything in between. His price is totally reasonable for everything you receive. Tom sits down with you at the end of the inspection to explain all the negatives in the home and you receive a DVD right there with everything he found wrong. He spends the time to go over the hand written report he gives you outlining what needs to be replaced now and what he recommends needs to be looked at in the near future and by the time he is finished you are left with absolutely no doubt as to exactly what is wrong with the home. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MAN FOR HOME INSPECTIONS--HE IS THE BEST IN MY BOOK.
Pros:I have had him inspect 3 homes and he is always right on the money. Last home had a carbon monoxide leak in furnace and Xcel was contacted and red flagged the furnace as it is a health hazard to the person currently living there and he was grateful to know this and is now putting in a new furnace.
Cons:There are no negatives concerning Tom Bopp who is the owner of Homespeck and a great thorough inspector.
