We were very happy with the service from Chaput. They were efficient and also explained to us how to take care of the furnace and humidifier properly.

I had them clean my furnace & dryer vent. The service reps were prompt and very professional. The dryer vent had a 90 degree turn that made it impossible to clean past that point and they offered a very fair discount for work that could not be done.
