Sorry for my delayed response, but my husband has been out of town – so working and keeping the kids fed is about all I have managed. Scott (my husband) was at home the day of the cleaning and he was blown away at the quality of service he received. Your rep (sorry I do not know his name since I was not there) was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. We have been more than impressed with your service (from our initial conversations to the actual cleaning to billing) – it’s so refreshing to know companies with “old school” service ethics still exist! Gives me hope. Thanks again for all of your help – you definitely have a new lifetime customer . . .

I have been using Nesheim’s Carpet Cleaning for years in my commercial office buildings, residential rentals, and in my home. They do a fabulous job, and often are able to save carpet that you thought you were going to have to replace. Their customer service is superior. They always go out of their way to fit my jobs in, and made my life much easier. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

have used Nesheim’s twice now, and they are by far superior to the other three carpet and rug cleaning services I have used in Boulder in the past. Nesheim’s is expensive, but in my opinion, it is money well spent. I had a cream colored wool rug cleaned twice by other companies for half the price, and both times it was a waste of my money because the rug came just as gray and stained as the day it left my living room. I thought the rug was trashed, but when Nesheim’s cleaned it, it came back looking like a brand new rug. They were careful, contentious, did not use harsh chemicals, and even delivered the rug to my home. I also sent several antique Turkish rugs to Nesheim’s to clean, and again, their service was impeccable, they are reliable, careful, and incredibly courteous. If you want to avoid harsh chemicals, if you want your carpets and rugs to look brand new when you get them cleaned, and if you want to feel confident that your rugs will not be shredded when you get them back, the only place to take your valuable rugs and carpet is Nesheim’s.

I have used Nesheim’s for many years and highly recommend their services. They have cleaned our home, my office, and our oriental rugs. Their technicians are always helpful and give advice on how to keep the carpets clean.

I love the attention to detail! Joe put an oil drip guard under the engine to protect my driveway and wiped wood caps on the stairs of moisture after cleaning the stairway carpet.

On Monday, March 5th Chas visited us. We had asked to have someone help us understand more about our carpeting and the care and cleaning it should have. He did an inclusive presentation. He not only spoke to our concerns but shared additional information with us that was most helpful. It was a delight to have a young man who was so knowledgeable and polite to talk to us. I recently had my hardwood floors refinished by Nesheim's. I was very impressed by the work done on the floors and the attention to detail exhibited by your employees. We've been using them for 25 years ... there's nothing they can't do, and we've never had any job they can't handle efficiently and reasonably priced.
Pros:Everything about this service is top notch
Cons:The only problems come when they're booked to the max. Still, they make every effort to fit you in if you can't wait.
