Terrible Service
Andy from Gravina came to our house for a quote on a sliding door. The bid had 4 choices, worded like "Pella SLPD BRZ LLAD Low-E". He told us to visit the showroom on Saturday to check out frame colors and wood. We drove quite a distance to get there, and the guy in the store (who I believe was Larry the owner) looked at the quote and said he couldn't figure out what it meant. As we talked to him about the features we had described to Andy, more than once he stated he couldn't sell us that door for the price on our quote. He was asking us what things like BRZ on the quote meant, like we were supposed to know. He asked if we had Andy's card because he needed the card to find Andy's phone number. We didn't, so he grabbed one but never offered to call Andy; he never offered to review with us what it was we were trying to order so he could figure out the quote. He had no idea in the least what the wording and abbreviations on the quote meant. He was rude and not interested in helping us in the least. We told him we were going to purchase elsewhere and left; he could have cared less that he lost the sale. We drove over 30 mins to get there and spent less than 5 in the store -- more than half of that was waiting for service.
Pros:None.
Cons:Rude, uninterested, not at all helpful. Will never call them again, and I'm glad we didn't buy anything from them.
