I have worked with a variety of painting contractors over the years and Diaz Painting has set a new standard for my expectations. Here is what I want others to know about the service you provided us, your: ********************************************************** Skillful attention to detail Desire to ensure a satisfied customer Quality craftsmen who were courteous while working proficiently to provide a quality service ********************************************************** In our case, our home’s severely neglected exterior siding was in serious need of painting/staining/repair/replacement since there was water and UV damage to the wood siding and trim work. You helped guide us through what would be required to refinish over the existing Sikkens stain and where wood replacement was a better option and pointed us to a highly regarded company to perform that work ahead of the painting/staining. ********************************************************** Since some of the wood would be replaced, and some of the existing Sikkens stained wood would remain, it required extra effort on your part to find the closest color and stain match since the recoat on the existing stain is expected to be different than a new coat on new wood. You spent the time to research and found just the right blend for our home as one can see in the before/after photos. ********************************************************** Your team prepared the surfaces, masked the borders, applied the stain in a test area and then waited for customer acceptance before proceeding. They followed all the stain manufacturer’s requirements of 1st and 2nd coatings and masterfully created a quality covering that also met the stain manufacturer’s warranty. Similar expertise was applied for the priming and painting of all the wood trim and exposed metal surfaces. All adjoining areas and windows were carefully masked by the team. They also carefully cleaned up the surrounding areas and left our property in pristine condition. In the end, they did their own walk-through and fixed the few imperfections they found without waiting for me to point them out ********************************************************** The end result has exceeded our expectations and has restored this home to its beautiful all-wood cedar exterior design. ********************************************************** Growing up in a small business, and running my own, I have an appreciation for how hard it is to provide the quality and skill to your customers as you are doing. Happy Customer
We had the exterior of our house painted by Diaz Painting. We are very happy with the work they did. It was nice to see that they took pride in their work. The work area around my house was cleaned up each night before they went home. Their attention to detail was very appreciated. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
