Had Tom Wolfe give us an estimate on August 14 and signed a contract that evening. His son, Jason, came to the house on August 18 and performed an outstanding job. He was polite, courteous and very professional. While this was the first time we had the rugs cleaned in several years, they came out looking great. My wife and I were extremely happy with the service provided to us.

I chose this company because of their references, Tom Martino (Troubleshooter); informative web site; honest estimate; and “good feeling” w/ the representatives they sent out.
