We have engaged Analytics to provide a variety of IT services for our company. They are prompt, courteous, and thorough. What I really appreciate about Analytics is their innovation. Analytics has been our network administrator, hosts our email, handles our problems and is a strategic partner with us as we grow our business. We begin with Analytics before we opened, using them for cabling and phone installation 3 years ago. Calvin worked tirelessly with us to plan our network. We use a point of sale software from New York so it has been critical that we have the knowledge here in Denver to problem solve, work with the software vendor and keep a retail store open 7 days a week. Analytics has always been available to us- no matter what time or day.
Pros:Responsive, experts, ability to access remotely, willingness to partner with us as we plan for the future expansion.
Cons:None!

We have used Analytics since 2004 and are very happy with our partnership. They look after our network and all of our PC's for our office and 10 remote locations.
Pros:Price, respone time, expertise, communication and they are matched well to the size of our companny.
Cons:Some turnover, but has improved as of late.

Analytics review
We are a growing small company with a need for an IT specialist. Rather than have a person on staff we contracted with Analytics over a year ago. We get excellent support when we need it. The IT technical person has figured out our staff, our needs and helps us whenever we have a problem. In addition he services the laptops once or twice a month to monitor their health. Robbie
Pros:Professional; trustworthy; responsive; competent; easy to work with; understand our quirky needs
Cons:They aren't sitting in our office. Really I just can't think of a con.

Truly 5 Star
I have been working with Calvin and Analytics for the last 5 or 6 years and have never found anything bad to say about the service. Our relationship with Analytics has made a profound difference in the daily operations of our business.
Pros:Superior knowledge, expertise and service. Immediate correction of any problems that occur, whether they are their fault or mine.
Cons:I can't really think of any.

Honest computer people
I have dealt with many different IT companies over the years but they actually give an honest reply. I was looking to replace my printer. Calvin said that Office Max was running a special on the model that I had asked him about. I purchased it at Office Max. I know that Analytics will service any problems I may have with it. Another item, our server went down and they were here almost before we called them. They are here once a week to make certain that all is in working order.
Pros:Honest, knowledgeable, looking out for a win-win situation.
Cons:I have been here for almost 9 months, and no cons so far.
