Great Service
I had to have a bunch of work done on a rental property yesterday. I contacted Jim, he was able to send out Brian to run through my list of items. Brian was very polite and very diligent in finishing one project and immmediately starting another. I really feel that their hourly rate was worth it and we won't use another service.
Pros:Quick response, on time, honest, repairs or projects done professionally.

Drywall work around window.
I am really impressed with this company, and I don't impress easily. Don was very nice on the phone and called back quickly. They were earlier than scheduled but called well in advance to advise me they could be early. Their employee took his shoes off each time he came in our house so as not to track snowmelt into the kitchen. Work looks great; price was as quoted, on time or better. I will use them again for my house and my rentals. A++++

Better than expected
I had them come out to do some repair work regarding dry wall and cable removal. They were on time, fast, and was priced cheaper than expected. I would use them again.

Wonderful experience
I am a renter getting ready to move and had a few little things I needed fixed and also a few things I wanted checked to see if the damage was due to me or a bad do it yourself job by landlord. I emailed from this site they got back to me first thing Monday morning .. set appt for Wed morning..Bill was even 4 minutes early..we did walk through then he went to work. His work is impecable and he does leave it cleaner than he found it. The whole experience was wonderful and if I ever need anything again I will call then for sure.

An honest handyman
I needed to get a couple stairs fixed and I called him because of his favorable listings on this site and the Denver BBB. The work was done in a timely, professional manner at the agreed price. The person who did the work left the work area cleaner than he found it. I have already emailed his information to several family members to consider for future work.
Pros:He's what I consider to be an "old school" guy. The kind you can do business with on a handshake. I like that.

Great experience!
Quick call back to discuss the job and schedule an appointment. Bill arrived on time, was very courteous and professional. The job was done to my complete satisfaction and for the low end the phone estimate. Thoroughly cleaned up job site.
Pros:Prompt, courteous, professional, skilled. Accurate phone estimate.
Cons:Haven't called Incepector before!
