In the spring of 2008 artificial grass was installed at our home at 148 Whitehaven Circle, Highlands Ranch, CO, by Mr. Michael Lovett. We experienced problems with the installation. Last fall, Mr. Lovett told us to wait until spring 2009 and at that time he would electric broom the grass. Attempts to reach Lovett in the spring were unsuccessful, never returning our calls. We reached Mr. Tony Sherrick, of Sherrick Construction, who was more than willing to come out and take a look at our problem grass. Today, we learned that the grass was improperly installed utilizing the wrong type sand and wrong anchors. Mr. Sherrick also added that with this type of artificial grass, sand was not necessary. Mr. Sherrick, as well as his two sons, Tony and Chris, evaluated the situation and made the necessary changes. Now after a year and a half, we have a beautiful lawn at our townhome, thanks to their knowledge and professionalism. Although Mr. Sherrick didn't receive any compensation from the original installation, he did not hesitate to be of service to us, indicating that, "he had to make this right." Please know we will refer as many potential customers to Sherrick Construction, from two very happy and satisfied individuals.
