Thank you for the beautiful roof over my head! Your Company did an excellent job in replacing our roof. Everyone was very polite and respectful. Not to mention the work is impeccable. A first class job all the way!

WORSE SERVICE EVER ENCOUNTERED
1) ONCE I REQUESTED SERVICE, TOOK SEVERAL WEEKS FOR THE SERVICE PERSON TO SET APPOINTMENT. I CALLED TO SEE PROGRESS AND WAS TOLD THAT THE SERVICE PERSON WAS ILL, THAT I CAN UNDERSTAND IF YOU ONLY HAVE ONE SERVICE PERSON, BUT FIVE SONS HAS MORE THAN ONE SERVICE PERSON. 2) PROVIDED AN ORAL AND WRITTEN LIST OF 4 ITEMS TO FIX. ONLY ONE ITEM WAS FIXED. THE MAIN PROBLEM WERE TILES MISSING FROM ROOF, SO THE BLACK UNDERLAYMENT WAS EXPOSED AND VERY VISIBLE FROM THE GROUND. THE SERVICE PERSON AFTER WALKING THE ROOF SAID THE ROOF WAS FINE. SO MISEED THE PROBLEM TWICE (REMEMBER I PROVIDED A WRITTEN LIST TO THE SERVICE PERSON WHICH INCLUDED THE EXACT LOCATION OF THE PROBLEMS). 3) I CALLED FIVE SONS TO VOICE THE UNACCEPTABLE WORK. FIVE SONS WAS VERY COURTEOUS IN EACH OF MY CALLS AND WANTED TO BE SURE I WAS SATISFIED, SO I IMMEDIATELY RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE SERVICE PERSON THAT HE WOULD FIX THE PROBLEM. 4) THE SERVICE PERSON WAS TO SHOW UP AT 7:30 - NO SHOW - I CALLED TO CHECK PROGRESS, AND THE SERVICE PERSON SAID HE WAS SORRY AND DIDN'T SHOW UP UNIL 9:00. NO COURTESY CALL WAS MADE TO LET ME KNOW THE SERVICE PERSON WAS GOING TO BE LATE. 5) ON THE FIRST VISIT, THE SERVICE PERSON TOOK ONE OF MY EXTRA TILES LEFT OVER FROM THE BUILDER APPARENTLY TO USE DURING THE SERVICE CALL. FOUND OUT LATER AFTER ONE OF MY KIDS TRIP ON THE TILE IN THE FRONT YARD THAT THE SERVICE PERSON SIMPLY THREW THE TILE IN THE YARD WHICH BROKE INTO THREE PIECES AND LEFT IT THERE SO MY KIDS COULD HAVE A TRIPPING HAZARD. THANKS - ITS HARD ENOUGH TO KEEP THE KIDS OUT OF HARMS WAY, BUT NOW I JUST PAID SOMEONE TO HURT THEM.
Pros:EVERYONE AT FIVE SONS THROUGH THIS EPISODE WAS COURTEOUS, BUT I THINK THIS IS MORE OF A CON. ITS LIKE BEING KNIFED AND THE ATTACKER SMILES AT YOU AS HE/SHE IS STABBING YOU.
Cons:I HAVE YET TO FIND A CONTRACTOR WORTH THEIR SALT - SO THE BAR IS SET VERY LOW, IT'S HARD TO IMAGINE THAT FIVE SONS COULD GO ANY LOWER, BUT THEY SUCCEEDED AND THEN SOME

Honest and Fair
All the work was completed as promised. Excellent service, great work, fair prices. Chris was a pleasure and the work was done quickly and at an honest price. I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation!

Great Company from sale,s service and workmanship.
Rick Consigllo is a consummate sales professional. His service was 100% genuine and strong! The team of roofers were the finest crew of professionals and just flat out rocked. The only thing that didn't work out was that the Detroit Red Wings choked and Rick had to swallow his hockey town pride...what a big collapse be the Red Wings! Stuffed birds this year Rick!

I am very impressed with this company's customer service. Chris Oliver has done several projects for me and is always there from start to finish. All work has been completed with quality craftsmanship. I highly recommend Five Sons to anyone looking for an honest, resonable company that does high quality work for a fair price.
