Great service and price
I got tired of trying to get the new garage door opener I bought in working order. So I called all the companies on the Referral list to ask about prices and recommendations. Clear Choice told me they were running a special on a new belt Liftmaster opener completely installed with a lifetime warranty. Better than the one I'd bought and the cost was almost the same as it would have been if I'd had someone make the one I bought operational. Chip came out the same afternoon I called and was great--knowledgeable, helpful. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I couldn't have asked for better service or product.

Best Choice
Just had our garage door and opener serviced. John was our technician. He was prompt, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. William Joyce At One Clear Choice
I recently had a spring break and the strain tore my doot open apart. Called these guys and expected to get an estimate but William showed up ready to rock and roll. we had to reschedule due to my issues but the very next day he came and knocked out new springs, new (ultra quiet) opener and new rollers! he was fast and did it right but just as important as the quality workmanship was the fact that he got us a great deal! This guy is solid and a pro! you should ask for him by name! Now I can stay out late and sneek in without anyone hearing... oh wait no I can't ... rotten dog!!!!!! Thanks William You are the Man!!

Fantastic Company
I was absolutely amazed with this company. I called other companies who said that the soonest they could get somebody out to our house would be after 5:00 p.m. today (Saturday) or the following day. I then called One Clear Choice and spoke with Amy who was extremely polite and not only quoted me a lower price but said said that she would send somebody over right away. I spoke with her at 11:43 a.m. and William showed up at about 1:00 p.m. and was done about 30-45 minutes later. He too was amazingly polite. THE BEST GARAGE DOOR COMPANY!!
Aaron came to our home on April 10, 2009 and did a WONDERFUL job of installing the door. Very polite, considerate, knowledgable and efficient. Cleaned up,real good, after the installation. Aaron is a valuable asset to the company. John came out May 14, 2009 because we didn't think it sounded right. He sprayed the parts with garage door lubricant and now it's great. Ty Ross arrived at appointed time, reviewed the condition of the failed Overhead Door spring (broken)and inspected the rest of the hardware. I also had a frayed lifting lanyard on one side of the door. He provided a written quote. I accepted the quote and told him to continue and repair the broken door.
Pros:A very competent technician, worked quickly, safely, and replaced the coil spring and the lifting lanyards in a expedited manner. I am recommending this company for prompt, efficient, quality work.

Garage Door Repair
I had a problem with a weak cable and the general operation of the garage door. On Monday 4 May Ty Ross came out on a service call. He was very neat, professional and frendly and explained what was happening with the door. The thing that impressed me was that he did not try to upsell me citing a dangerous and hazzardous situation. He simply showed me what was happening and explained a few options that were availableI had the door fixed and am completly satsfied with the job and would recommend Clear Choice to anyone.

This Company Could Give A Clinic In Customer Servi
When I called OCCGD, I knew that I had a couple issues. What I did not know was the extent of them. John arrived during the set time window and knew just what to do. He discussed every aspect of the problem and gave me choices as to how to proceed. I had a coupon for some of the issues, and he applied them in a way to give me the best savings. I stayed with John during the entire process, and he gave me lessons in garage door maintenance and some tricks on DIY. The entire process took only 1.5 hours - with all my problems, I thought he would be there all day. I wish all companies that deal with home maintenance are as customer oriented as this one. If you need a great technician, be sure to ask for John!

Customer Service
I called 1 clear choice when the spring broke on our garage door. I had a coupon I received in the value pak in the mail. I spoke with Vince on the phone for an estimate. Dave come out the same day and my garage was fixed the following day. We did have a dispute over the use of the coupon but Vince honored the coupon and now 1 Clear Choice has our future business as well as our recommendation to others. Outstanding Customer Service
Some of the best customer service we have had at our home came from Dave with One Clear Choice Doors. We called the company needing to replace a garage door opener. Dave was sent out, came promptly, worked efficiently and did a great job going detail by detail through how to work and trouble shoot the newly installed system. We were impressed with the entire process from making the appointment to the service and followup. I highly recommend using this company. My Clear Choice
I called at 9:00 for a spring replacement. Ty (tech) was at my door by 12:00. He was clean, friendly and I could tell he knew what he doing. To many times I call someone from a coupon and regret my choice because they want to sell me on other things. I will only use and recommend One Clear Choice!

Great Garage Service!
On 4/20/09, John came to adjust (it would not close) and do general maintance on my garage door. He was great. He told me about 1. why the door would not go all the way down, 2. the details of the operner moter, 3. important hings sto watch for including the spring and what was available when these elements eventually failed. He was imformative about essential things, he worked quickly and it cost a little over $100 which included new rollers

A Great Company

Outstanding!
I called these folks at 2:00 on a Saturday afternoon, and by 4:30 their tech, Dave, was at the door. Our garage door opener had stopped working and the door wouldn't close. Dave sized up the situation, figured out that the safety beam device had simply been knocked out of alignment. He straightened it out, and we were good to go. They had no trip charge, and wouldn't accept any payment at all. This was outstanding customer service. All they asked is that I remember them when I needed any other work. Way to go!

Job well done
After a poor experience with another company, we were very pleasantly suprised by the professionalism of One Clear Choice. The gentleman who came out to fix our garage door clearly communicated the problem (that had been completely overlooked by the other company) and was friendly and courteous. I made the RIGHT CHOICE with calling ONE CLEAR CHO
If you need dependable, honest, and thorough work done, then don't waste time with anyone else. I needed a new Belt-Driven garage door opener to replace my old chain driven one. I called ONE CLEAR CHOICE and talked to a wonderful lady over the phone and we scheduled for someone to come out, luckily, the next day. John came out and had the new one up and running in no time. He was polite and explained EVERYTHING to me and only replaced what needed to be replaced. He also checked the door, rollers, etc. and marked on a sheet the condition of my existing hardware. Above and Beyond expectations
I found this company by calling off the phone number listed on a truck. My door had fallen and was a mess. they sent the technician directly to my house after another job.
