"Outstanding" Hard Wood Flooring Company
Our house was built in 1998 and no work had been done to the hardwood floors, except using typical stuff bought at King Soopers, WalMart, etc. This stuff builds up and leaves a "gum" on the floors that attract dirt and captures it and leaves a filmy residue . Schmidt flooring sanded down to the bare wood (1 day) applied a stain of our choosing (golden pecan) (day 2) and applied commercial (satin) waterbased top coats (3rd day). What a huge impovement!!!
Pros:On time, great crews, works with homeowner and is quick to fix any "misses". We can now see the natural grain in our red oak flooring and the beauty takes our breath away. The wife is totally happy!! We HIGHLY recommend Schmidt's Flooring.
Cons:I wish we had used Schmidt's Floooring sooner!!

Clean and Neat
We have used Schmidt twice for our hardwood floors. Their work is very good and they are clean and neat. Never leave dust or dirt at the end of the day.
