Washer Repair
I called Absolute Appliance on a Monday morning about 9 a.m. I had called other companies that advertised same day service. The quickest anyone else could come out was Wednesday. Richard promised service between noon and 2 p.m. the same day and showed up on time. He fixed my machine quickly for a reasonable price. Will definitely call him again if needed.
Pros:Prompt and very knowledgeable. Cleaned up after the job was done. Very personable gentleman.

Fixed Our Problem
We have had an ongoing issue with our built in GE refrigerator for years. Have had GE service out several times over a period of years. This last visit they basically threw up their hands and acted like we weren't using it properly. I called Absolute Appliance instead and they knew about a known issue with our model and a fix for it. They installed the replacement part and it works great for the first time in a long time.
Pros:Knew how to fix our problem. Even ran to the parts store on Saturday before it closed to get it done same day.

Excellent work, very professional
I initially had this company do work for the company I manage approximately 1 year ago. I was very impressed with the gentleman who came to my company. He was very professional, clean-cut and courteous. He was on time and was able to fix the problem promptly. Recently, I have had the same gentleman come out again. I have received the same professional and prompt service. I would highly recommend this company and will definately use them again.

Absolute Appliance
I called this company for a quote because my dryer wasn't heating. I was told it was $55.00 to come out which, if we decided to use them for the repair, would be subtracted from the total. My appointment was for 3-5 pm the same day I called. My husband was at home. When I came home from work at 5:30, no one had showed up or called from the company. At 7:00, a repairman showed up but didn't apologize for being so late and for not calling. He diagnosed the problem quickly (a heating coil) and promptly repaired the dryer for $210.00 total.

Cons:Showed up two hours late with no phone call or apology
