Independence Car Care Center is like the 'good old days'....personal, dependable service with a smile...and a cup of coffee. Our experience with Independence has been exceptional. It's hard to find honest, high quality service companies in this day and age, but Indpendence Car Care Center is at the top. The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and well-trained. They demonstrated this by carefully diagnosing my vehicles issues with professionalism and honesty. The work done was exceptional. I was not charged for anything that was not a part of the initial diagnosis. Their team demonstrated a high level of expertise.

Honest, quality service!!
We have two relatively older cars, and as we have two college tuitions bills to pay, we want to keep them running as long as we can. Independence Car Care has done maintanence and repairs on both of our cars, and we feel that the service was very honest and of good value. We trust the owner to tell us honestly what is wrong with the car, and what should be done. We appreciate having a repair service that we can trust to be honest and to provice good service. Although the shop is a ways from our home, we will continue to use and recommend Independence.
Pros:Good, honest, price worthy service. As we live a ways from the shop, the owner, Dave, has always come by our home, picked our car up, and then returned it that evening.
Cons:None!!

Finally an auto repair shop with professional that
I hear about Independence Car Care Center through friends at a recent yard party in my neighborhood. Several of my neighbors have used this shop for their reairs and they all raved about the gret service, professionalism and the honesty of the staff. I have had a difficult running problem with my Jeep Grand Cherokee that no-one seemed to be able to diagnose properly. I had spent almost $2,000 at other shops to fix my problem. I contacted Dave the owner, he 'came to my house' to pick up my Jeep (I live in Centennial the shop is located in Arvada!). The repairs were completed the same day at a cost of just under $400! They apparently reflashed the computer and replaced a sensor to correct the problem, my Jeep is running like new! Finally a shop with people I can trust!
Pros:Outstanding customer service, who else will come to your house to pick-up your vehcile and return it after the repairs have been PROPERLY completed! The actually 'exlained' the repairs they made and gave me the replaced parts! Outstanding!
Cons:Wish they had another shop closer to where I live. Why are all the best things limited?

It's nice to know...
I'm the type of person that finds it difficult to trust any car care center. I have had bad experiences and I tend to feel alot of anxiety over any service or repair. I don't think I'm alone for feeling this way. For about five years I used to take my car to Mancinelli's off of 7th and Logan in Denver. I trusted them. Then in December of 08 I needed work done to my car. They ran up the ticket big-time! And when I finally said enough, they acted like I know longer mattered and they practically told me to get my car off of their property! So I tried Independence Car Center after finding them on this site. Dave and Vega were very coutious and professional and they did a great job of explaining and showing me the repirs needed. They explained the pricing and they told me what was really needed and what should be done but could wait. They completed the repair in a day, new brake pads and rotors and a 120,000 mile scheduled tune-up. The price was less than I expected and they showed me the parts that were replaced and the brands of parts used for replacement. They also discovered that Mancinelli's used non-OEM conforming parts the last time they serviced my car. The next day, Dave realized that I was charged for plug gaskets which wre not needed. He called to let me know that he was refunding me the 20 dollars or so that I was charged for these. Most shops would have said hey, what he doesn't know, right? My car is running better than it has in years! It's nice to know that there are car centers available that don't rip-off customers even in bad economic times. I enthusiastically recommend Independence Car Center. BH Westminster

Cons:I bit far from my house near 136th and I-25, but well worth the drive!
