We have high praise for Josh Owen and Cornerstone Associates. Of the four painting contractors we received bids from, Josh's presentation was, by far, the most professional. He was courteous and knowledgeable, and very generous with his time during the bidding process. He patiently and politely answered our many questions. Though his bid was not the lowest (he even said it would be higher than the "competition"), it was very competitive compared to the other reputable bids we received. Because he gave us such confidence in his and Cornerstone's ability to perform a top notch job, we hired him. From start to finish, the Cornerstone team was professional and hard working. It was clear from watching them work, that they take great pride in a job well done. Rather than slap a paint job on in a day, they spent an entire week carefully cleaning, preparing, and painting the house. They are true craftsmen! One noteworthy aspect is how respectful the crew was of our property. They always cleaned up throughout the day, and at the end of each work day. There was never a mess. And, everyone on the Cornerstone team is friendly and willing to answer questions during the job. In the end, we have a beautiful paint job, and our house truly stands out from the surrounding homes. In fact, we've had a number of neighbors and several complete strangers stop by to compliment us on our new paint job. In our view, that speaks volumes about the quality of the job Cornerstone did. We heartily recommend Cornerstone to anyone looking for a professional paint job that will look beautiful and last for years. And they operate with absolute integrity.

No other painter for me!
Due to some recent hail damage we needed some painting done. Well, after several less than enthusiastic estimates and bids I contacted Josh at Cornerstone. What a pleasant surprise. Helpful,kowledgable and reasonable! I signed on the bottom line and a week later Josh and his incredibly talented crew put the finishing touches on the house and the magical tranformation occured,the house looks great and is ready for whatever the colorado climate can throw at it! GREAT JOB!

Josh and his staff did an excellent paint job on our home. I was tickled pink to see the transformation. They spent a good amount of time making sure the detail work was done well. The paint quality was good and rate competitive. Josh is especially tuned into aesthtics and so if you are debating colors and accents, he has great insight. A small company with a small number of talented, dedicated employees. Hey, how often does the president of the company help hand-paint your trim?!
