Very professional and understanding
Outstanding !!!!!!!! I just wanted to take the time to thank the people at Mountain Breeze Heating & Air. I had a problem with my heater and called another company (Total Comfort). The person that came out told me my heater needed to be replaced. I was willing to replace it because it was about 30 years old. He shut down the heater and said someone would call me in the morning and go over pricing and set up a time to install. I waited for the phone call and it didn't come. I called them and they told me they can install it on Thursday. That would be 3 more days without heat. I called Mountain Breeze around 9 am and they understood my problem and within the hour someone was here to go over the options. Once we decided on a new heater, he made one phone call and his people were on the way with my new heater. It was installed and working by 1:30 pm. Now that is service. I wish I would have called them first. I would recommend this company and will use them in the future. Thank you Mountain Breeze Heating & Air.

New furnace
Jim Morse responded to our request for a furnace installation bid very quickly. He answered all questions, explained different options for our particular situation, showed photos of previous jobs, demonstrated ingenuity by solving outlet problems,and prepared the bid right on site. His price for the more expensive unit was below the price other bidders wanted for a lesser unit. The installation was accomplished immediately in a professional manner with efficiency and courtesy. We would not hesitate in recommending this company for any sort of heating or air conditioning needs you might have.

Fast and professional
My house's A/C unit had stopped functioning and I called a company (Day & Night Mechanical Solutions) who's rep performed an inspection and informed me that the compressor was dead and the entire unit would need replacing at a cost of $1700. Mountain Breeze was the first company I called to get another opinion. There rep was friendly and within 10 minutes had assessed the problem as being a small part that commonly wears out. He had a replacement in his vehicle and completed the repair within 20 minutes. He was very knowledgable of my specific unit and stated that not only was the compressor OK it should easily last another ten years or longer. Total cost was $200.
Pros:Experienced, professional and friendly representative.
Cons:I wasn't able to find them first.
