Overdue kudos!
Chris and his team painted three rooms in my house back in August. They were on time, neat, nice (especially to my dog) and finished the job in one day. The price was awesome - well worth the great job they did. I normally paint myself but did not want to tackle the 2-story living room and stairway. The color makes all the difference. I will definitely use them again and look forward to contacting Chris in the future when we're ready to have our exterior painted.
Pros:price is fair, clean, nice guys, left the extra paint for touch-ups (with kids and the dog, I was really happy about this!)

Great Service! Great Job!
We already had one bid to paint the exterior of my home from the company that last had painted it. To be prudent, I decided to get a second bid from Chris Stanton of Colorfast Coatings. His was actually somewhat higher than the first, but Chris took the time to point out to me the need for substantial preparation before simply applying paint. My home is 30 years old and he showed me the deterioration that needed to be corrected in order to extend the life of the siding and trim. I couldn't be more pleased with the final result. The home looks like new and I have no doubt Chris saved me several thousands of dollars by extending the life of that siding.
Pros:Job well done on time and at no additional cost over the bid. As a painter, Chris took the time to buy and replace bad trim boards. He power washed where needed and caulked every seem and gap. What more could I ask?

Hands Down THE BEST Painter You'll Find
My husband and I have used Chris EXCLUSIVELY to paint both the interior and exterior of our home over the past 10 years. Not only is he a stickler for detail, but he also has great taste and ideas. From a beautiful faux finish in our wine cellar to high gloss white trim throughout our home, even fence and playset staining - Chris does it all and does it well. Last year we did an extensive remodel and insisted that our contractor use Chris for all painting and staining rather than his regular painters. We would never consider working with anyone other than Chris. If he's busy - we'll wait.

Quality and Professional Painting
Chris and his crew painted the interior of our home, which included very high ceilings and many color changes, and did a wonderful job. They were very attentive to detail as well as cleaning up. My wife and I are so happy with our interior painting experience that we're contracting with Colorfast Coatings to do the exterior of our home this summer!

Great commercial painter
We built a brand new building here at C470 and Bowles called Dakota Ridge Auto and I hired Chris and his crew to paint, trim, and seal the complete job site including the attached car wash and all the site work. The car wash required a special epoxy paint on the walls and floor and the auto shop required a complex open rafter paint job as well as a full epoxy floor sealing. Chris was GREAT! While most of the sub contractors found excuses and did not get their work done on time, chris and his crew from Colorfast Coatings really came through. They worked Sundays, stayed late and really shined when compared to the other subs. We have been open for a little over 6 months now and we have had to call back pretty much every sub that worked here to fix their mistakes EXCEPT for Chris! we have had zero issues with his work, his work ethic was fantastic and really paid attention to the details. I would be happy to reccomend Chris and his crew for ANY commercial work that might be needed. I also invite anyone to come by and see his work and attention to detail even on a commercial site. High Quality & Attention to Detail!
My wife and I hired Colorfast to paint the majority of the inside of our house in April. We were extremely pleased with the efficiency, cleanliness, and professionalism of Chris and his guys. High Quality!
After being let down by another painter and finding myself in a bind, I was pleasantly surprised to get Chris Stanton out to paint the exterior of my house on Thanksgiving day! I chose to let the first painter I hired go right before Thanksgiving due to him being unreliable, and my house was only about a 1/4 of the way painted on the exterior. Chris came out very quickly and helped to solve all my problems. His work is top notch and his work ethics are great as well. I am a picky person and demanded high quality and Colorfast delivered. Thanks for all the hard work Chris, and thanks especially for putting up with me!
