Much Progress
our son is developmentally disabled and has had numerous special ed. teachers and tutors. He was tested at reading at kindergarten level. Phillip Schwarz has an amazing program with a one on one approach. Our son advanced 3 grade levels of reading in 12 months. He has never shown this much progress in any area in this quick of a time frame.
Pros:Program is excellent. Parents are involved. Lots of positive praise is given.

Academic Associates worked for us!
Our son had such a difficult time learning to read. It had reached a point of frustration for all of us. Worse yet, he himself was really down about it. We tried other programs and worked with school staff but nothing could help him in his fluency and decoding until Academic Associates. The strategies and tactics really gave him a great boost. His reading level increased by 4 grades in four month.
Pros:It worked and we believe it worked in a short period of time. Parents are welcome and involved at every session.
Cons:None.

Academic Associates
We have seen significant improvement in our son's reading level. He entered the tutorial program at Academic Associates as a 3rd grader who was struggling to read at a 3rd grade level. After about 5 months, he is reading between a 4th and 5th grade level.
Pros:Convenient access and Phillip is very flexible with arranging times to fit our schedule.
