Dr. Nelson is FABULOUS
My parents found Dr. Nelson years ago when I was in serious need of orthodontic attention. Dr. Nelson always had the most pleasant staff whom administered excellent care. Customer service is clearly a priority of his, and he achieves it greatly, and always has. I got my braces off when I was 14 years old and my teeth still look AMAZING at 21. Many of my peers who've had braces from other orthodontists have slowly lost their results over the years, and a few of them are even considering getting them again. I am frequently complimented on my smile, and I truly do owe it to Dr. Nelson and his staff!

I can't explain how Trinity Orthodontics has completely changed my life by straightening my teeth! I used to not like to smile because of my crooked teeth and now that is all I do! My whole outlook has been enhanced because of how my teeth feel and how I look. Trinity's team has been absolutely incredible! I always feel like they are my family when I come in! And the thing that further impresses me is that they never relax or coast; they are always trying to improve and take things to the next level. Extremely Pleased
It has become more and more clear to me not only as a consumer but also as a parent that honesty and customer service is hard to come by. So, I feel that when you find both under the same roof you need not only to acknowledge it but also sing the praises. I have known Dr. Bryan Nelson for around 8 years both as a professional and a friend. I'm both grateful and comforted by the fact that he is kind, knowledgeable and concerned about his patients and the level of treatment he provides. He does the right thing not because it benefits him, but because it's the right thing to do. I find this to be harder and harder to find in today's society. After working for him, my personal standards for both customer service and care are very high. This being said, it is extremely hard to trust anyone else. He is one of the rare finds in the dental field. So often we hear the complaints and bad about various offices. People need to hear the good, they need to know where they can turn when they want excellence and honesty. His office staff is hand picked and let me assure that these people know what great customer service is all about. I can't express enough how great my experience at this office has been. It will be the one by which you measure all the rest. Trinity Orthodontics is in my opinion, the only place to take your family.
