I was in need of a new furnace. I saw a special for $1,800.00 on Angies List that Ben Franklin Electric was running to replace an existing 80% furnace. I purchased it online and spoke with Matt Mazowski in the office and he sent out his father Bill to see if it would work for the Angie's list special. Bill Mazowski came out and said that is all it would cost. I got other prices all the way to $5,000.00 They did a great job installing it. This furnace heats up my house way better than my old one. After being strung along to the tune of almost 3 grand by a master electrician, David Marks at Tek Services, who was supposedly trying to straighten-out yet another electricians screw-up, I called Bill out of desperation one weekend. He actually returned my call on a Sunday, and though he indicated he was pretty-well booked, he promised to take a look at things on a rental and get back to me the next day. I was surprised when he actually followed through. Of course, I needed the work done asap. The tight time schedule was accommodated, and besides tidying-up Marks sloppy, incomplete work, everything was up-graded, completed, and made safe for the tenants. I got a fair price, and feel I wasn't lied to or taken advantage of because of the urgency of the situation. I whole-heartedly recommend this company.
