This is a letter of high regards to your company for the professionalism of your employees.
When I discovered this morning that one of my overhead garage door openers had a broken spring which made opening the door to get the cars out almost impossible, I was at a loss as to whom to call for repair.
After calling three different garage door companies, I chose your company. The reason for this choice is due to the first call when I talked with Ray (I believe). His knowledge of being able to answer my questions on the spot were impressive. The fact that your company would be able to come out early this afternoon was also impressive. The quote of how much it would cost me was right on the final dollar...very impressive.
Calling back a second time to arrange for the job to be done, and thus talking with a delightful lady (I think it was "Tammy"...not sure) was also a plus for my decision to select your company.
Finally, the repairman called to say he could come before noon was great news for me. Upon arrival, Leif or Lief (pronounced "Lafe") introduce himself and began the repairs. From the time he arrived to the departure, he was as polite, polished with manners, and extremely knowledgeable with the job. I was in awe of how smoothly he worked and finished the repair with ease.
The folks that work for your company are truely an asset to the success of your business.

I recently purchased a replacement door from your company. The
estimator/installer, John, was great to work with. He did an excellent
job, explaining everything to me throughout the process. He honestly
went above and beyond the level of service I am used to getting from
most people. The price was really fair too. I would recommend you guys
to anyone.
