Frank Duran was very instrumental in keeping our home from going into foreclosure. With his tenacity and follow through we were assured every step of the way about what was happening. From the initial paperwork, to securing a buyer, Frank worked closely with us to ensure that we understood each step. When we made the decision to short-sale our home, we were of course concerned and not sure of how to start - I found so many glowing testimonials about Frank on the Tom Martino website and thought that so many people just could not be wrong, so I called him - and I have to tell you, all of the testimonials were right on! Frank called us the same day, and within 3 days he had visted our home. He was so kind to us and understanding of our situation, and he has the knowledge to back it up. I have worked with several realtors in the past where they just don\'t know all that they should to successfully help you, Frank is not that way at all, he really does know everything - he was there for us every step of the way and the next step at each turn. There were several times of course during the sale that were tough, nervewracking and confusing - but throughout all of it Frank reassured us based on his years of experience and he got things done. There were many times that our mortgage company was difficult for us to work with or to contact at all - Frank was on it and took care of everything each time - it became so I knew that when a question arose, I didn\'t have to worry, I just called Frank and he took care of it for me - that is a huge comfort in this kind of process. He really does work too much :) He will email you or take your call really anytime of day and any day of the week - We had people want to see the home at crazy times - 8am on a Sunday one time - and Frank didn\'t even blink, he stopped by on his way to church and showed the person around. Our home sold much faster than we thought, and my family and I were able to move on with our lives. Frank and our family have a lot in common, so in addition to everything he has done for us as a realtor, we have become good friends in \'real life\' as well.
