I was given around four different referrals for Home Inspections. Two right away came up on Google with related searches for them. The two had searches for complaints and bad reviews! Even though Colorado doesn't require that the inspectors carry licensing, I can't imagine someone choosing an inspector that doesn't carry one. When these guys do. If it's money issues that determine if you hire the licensed one than you shouldn't be buying a home. Finding and hiring a competent inspector has to be the most important thing a home buyer could ever do! This inspector works only for the buyer, this happens to be the only person working for you period! If there is anything wrong with the home you plan to purchase this guy will find it! My mortgage lender said that his report was one of the best reports for a home inspection he had ever seen. So I would and will be hiring him again. We will use h for the inspection when our new home is done being built because if the builders or their inspection misses anything he will find it, have proof and documentation that will make the builders wish they had never made a mistake! Would recommend Dave to everyone, he's a well license, certified and insured inspector with only the buyers in mind!

Thank you for the testimonial. It is always heart warming to know that my employees are doing the job as they should. It is also encouraging for my inspectors to know that they helped yet another home buyer.
I hope all goes well.

Dave performed a very thorough inspection for fix-and-flip home I was buying and found several issues which would have cost about 4 times more than what I paid for the inspection. With the seller paying for fixing them it was definitely money well spent. Dave was very kind, he answered a lot of questions that I as a first time home buyer had and he even watched and explained sewer line video captured by another company before.
The report was very clear and was completed just a few hours after the inspection. I also appreciate that the guys were able to schedule the inspection in just two days when I called them. It was very important to me as I didn't have much time to wait.
Thanks a lot for your good job!

This was our first time buying a used home and using a home inspector. We did not know what to expect or how in-depth the inspection really was. Phil was very detailed in explaining the issues that he found and what was needed to repair those items. The reasonable cost of the inspection was well worth it.
