Quality First did a great job on replacing 10 feet of main drain line in our front yeard. They took extra care to minimize damage to trees and landscaping. Bid was competitive. They spoke with knowledge and integrity. We recommend this company.

I called on a Wednesday and expected someone to come out after the weekend, but they sent out Jacob the same day. He quoted a very fair price for the one job we needed done and when we told him we also were looking at fixing a pipe going through the basement to outside he told us he would be able to do both jobs within the first hour and half. He was actually finished in less then one hour. I had been afraid to call a plumber because I hadn't been able to find any good ones from out neighbors. I looked on Tom Martino's referral list and saw all the great reviews for Quality First so I tried them and was so happy and will recommend them to any one that asks me and use them in the future for anything we need. Around 1pm we noticed our water heater had developed a serious leak. Called A Quality 1st Plumbing about 2pm and Jacob arrived around 4pm and installed a new water heater. He was completely finished by 5:30pm. He was very friendly, courteous and professional. We really appreciated how quickly they responded to our problem. We will definitely use this company again and would recommend their services.
