Outstanding Service!

I emailed Richard on a Sunday 2 weeks ago and explained to him the issues I was having with my GE Oven Wall unit. Richard helped me troubleshoot the issue and walked me through a few options to see if I could fix it myself (not many companies would be willing to do that at no charge). However, I was not able to so Richard personally came out to our house the following day and determined the control panel was bad. Richard ordered the part and returned to install the part within days. Richard arrived both times within the time they scheduled, he was very professional and courteous and his pricing was very reasonable. He even gave me a coupon for a discount that I did not have, talk about caring for your customers. I will highly recommend Trinity Appliance Service to my family and friends. You have a customer for life.

We are really pleased with one of your techs named William. He was very courteous and a fast troubleshooter! He pinpointed the circuit board that needed to be replaced. I was very elated that he had the replacement part in his truck. I realize it's not really necessary to get Jenn-Aire / Maytag factory-trained techs to come fix our Jenn-Aire appliances. I'm glad I found your website and decided to try your service. When our friends happen to need appliance repair service, I will strongly recommend Trinity Appliance Service because you do keep your words "Quality, Intrigity & Customer Satisfaction" I want to personally thank Richard for his quick response to my pager email to set up an appointment for a tech to come and get the repair service done in a timely fashion.
