    Called them on a Sunday morning (10 degrees outside), spoke with a REAL person, technician was at our house/had the problem resolved within 1.5 hours. Technician also stated that if he hadn't made the correct diagnosis, the monies paid the first day would be applied toward a future call to correct the problem. REAL customer service! Pros:Excellent response, no additional fees for Sunday morning service, excellent, knowledgable and respectable technician. Thank you is all I have to say! Cons:Absolutely none - would refer/use them again without reservation.

    Service was prompt, efficient, and courteous! I called with a non-working furnace the day before Thanksgiving and they were able to send out a technician that day. The furnace needed a new part, which had to be ordered and would not be available that day. The technician was able to do a "work around" so that we had a temporarily working furnace. After the appt that day, their office called to schedule a time the next week to install the new part. They waited to charge me till the next part was installed. All in all, it was a very good experience and I will not hesitate to call this company again, and will definitely recommend this company to others.

    The furnace recently started acting up, so I called this company. A real person answered the phone (no going through menu after menu after menu to try to find someone to talk to) and set up an actual appointment time, not a window, for the technician to come take a look. The technician showed up on time, checked the furnance, explained in detail what needed to be done, made the repair and cleaned up. He was extremely courteous and had the furnace working again in a very short time. I'll definitely be using this company again. Pros:Phones are answered by real people. They set up definite appointment times, not 4-hours windows, for the technicians to arrive. Everyone I talked to was pleasant and helpful, and the technician (Jimmy) was great. Cons:None

    Had Gravlin come out to look at our malfunctioning AC unit. Was told late last summer by Horizon Mechanical that the unit was shot and we needed an entirely new AC system to the tune of over $5000! The tech from Gravlin checked out the unit and found a simple circuit breaker issue which fixed our issue. The system runs great and we could not be more pleased. They are an honest company I would recommend to anyone!

    Blower on furnace went out during a hot spell (so no air conditioning). Other services had steep extra charges for weekend or emergency services, and couldn't even get here for two or three days. Gravlin was here on the same day, no extra charge, and although I didn't ask about pricing, I found their "StraightForward Pricing" to be very reasonable. Work was explained, professional, with no surprises. Even did extra checks on the condition of my furnace. Pros:Same day service, reasonable and affordable (and a nice guy). Cons:None... wish I knew of them for previous needs.

    We had our fan motor burn out. After several calls to companies, I remembered “The Referral List” and called Gravlin. They came out the same day and with very prompt response. We like to run our fan 24 hours to keep the house humidified and equal temperature in all rooms across the three floors. It was suggested we purchase an upgraded fan that would save us money and energy. He was right!     I just got done talking on the phone to Garrett from Gravlin heating and air. He talked me through a simple repair on my furnace with a limit switch that saved me the expense of a technician's service call, parts, and the headache of a cold house until the rest of those things happened. I found them on my church's website in the service directory so I called them and within a few minutes Garrett called me back and helped me out. It's only 20 degrees outside today, so a broken furnace would've been terrible. I am so grateful for Garrett and Gravlin Heating today and I would recommend them to anybody based on my experience.     Ted came out to diagnose an A/C problem I was having on a Saturday morning. Unfortunately due to a broken door handle, I got locked out. When Ted arrived, he looked at the lock himself. He offered use of his cell phone and looked up a locksmith. This was over the top GREAT service. You have a customer for life!

    I came home to a cold house and my thermostat was blank. I called and was told someone would call me back. Garrett called me within 20 minutes and he was outstanding. He said he would make it out to the house but it would be few hours. I asked how could I tell if the problem was just the thermostat or the furnace? I was pleasantly surprised when he told me. He walked me through a few steps and we determined the problem. This included him sitting on hold for two minutes while we waited for the furnace to turn on. I was really impressed how much he could immediately tell me about the equipment just by providing him the brand and model number. My thermostat was over ten years old. He could have easily just came out and charged me the trip fee but instead I went out and bought a new thermostat. Within a hour after our call the new thermostat was installed and the heat was back on. He may not have made any money today but he did earned a loyal customer and referral.

    Last Friday My furnace starts acting weird. I called Gravlin at 04:00 am , About 15 mins later , the head guy called me back, and Had josh out two hours later. After testing the furnace for about hour , Guy comes back in and said there is noting really wrong with it , just a dirty fame detector and he clean it. The shocker he only charge me 89 bucks. 48 hours later furnace is running great . I will be calling these guys back for a tune up and cleaning

    In Nov 13 I got a number of bids for replacement of our furnace with an energy efficient furnace, along with installation of an energy efficient air conditioner. The Gravlin bid came in significantly under the other bids. I was naturally skeptical and went back and forth with salesman Josh about what exactly I should expect. He patiently answered every question and assured me I would get the equivalent service and equipment from the other higher bids. Once assured, I contracted with Gravlin for the work. I was very highly pleased with the result. They were ready to install almost immediately. Ted Gravlin, the owner, was one of the installers, along with Josh. The work and equipment was exactly as we had contracted. They respected my property and cleaned up after themselves. Ted even helped with the price of an air cleaner I decided to install after instrallation had begun. I highly recommend Gravlin for heating and air conditioning work. They are honest, pleasant and neat, and the price was more than reasonable. p.s. We've lived here for over 16 years. Josh recommended we install a humidifier as long as we were installing a new furnace. I was skeptical of an upsell, but he explained why now was the time to do it, along with the advantages. We decided to do it and am very pleased with the decision so far. My wife, more than I, has noticed a difference in the comfort of the house with more humidity. Additionally, we added an air cleaner to the job. Haven't really noticed a difference yet, but hopefully I will when allergy season rolls back around. Bottom line - Hire these guys!
