Ideal Home Loans was started in 2001 by Scott Weibel. Born and raised on the eastern plains of Colorado, Scott brought a work ethic and sense of ethics that being raised in farm country instills. Over the years the number of partners grew to include Brent Ivinson. Scott has spent his entire career in consumer lending. Brent was born and raised in Colorado and has known Scott since college at the University of Northern Colorado. In the fall of 2008 Jim Frank and Bob Knisely joined the company as partners. Jim and Bob each have more than 30 years been in the mortgage business.
