I am a Colorado native of 40+ years and in my 7th year as a Realtor and owner/manager of investment properties and rental homes. I've sold homes throughout the Denver Metro area, but most of my time is spent working on the "South side" including Englewood, Parker, Castle Rock, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, and Centennial.

New technologies have made real estate a very different business than it was just a few years ago. My brokerage office utilizes the most recent applications and technology available which results in improved efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and value for our customers.  We strive to make the home-selling process as inexpensive as possible for our sellers and as efficient as possible for our buyers.

Simply stated, my goals are to:

1. Get the best deal possible for Buyers
2. Sell homes for as much as possible for Sellers
3. Ensure transactions are smooth and trouble-free

To prove that I stand behind my performance I include an "Easy Out" clause in every agency agreement that says "If you are not satisfied with my service you can cancel our agreement at any time". Although I always include this clause, no one has ever exercised it.
