I needed someone to light the pilot on my boiler. (Too chicken to try myself). I had been dealing with another company for 3 days (no heat, cold Nov.) but they just kept putting me off. So, I call 888 Heating. I get a knowledgable tech. in one day. Excellent service, I like the way you would get a text upon appointment confirmation, and another when they're on their way.
I made an appointment on line, for a few days out, and then got a call from Jodi that Brad and Garrett could actually meet me after work on that very day. They came in and fixed my furnace and AC, while multiple other companies had not even been able to diagnose the problem. They got to work that night and stayed until everything was once again functioning properly. I am so grateful for this company and I'll never, ever call anyone else for my heating and AC needs.
