installation was very professional.
Got a few quotes to replace an older furnace with a new high efficency unit. When Apple Aire came out they inspected the unit, and we talked about the fact that the basement is cold. He walked the whole house looking at vents and recommended adding a return to the basement all cold air returns were upstairs. The new furnace works great and with the new return in the basement it is the same temperature as the rest of the house. The quote was givin at the same time as his visit and the installation was very professional.

The Apple Aire crew did an exceptional job of installing our ductless AC system. The were experts in everything about the job, from explaining and estimating to the actual installation which was fast, neat and efficient in spite of part of it being fairly complicated. Thanks to Nate, Dennis, Edgar, Benito, Seth and all others who helped.

installation was very professional.

Great saervice
Our furnace stopped working on a Saturday just when another cold front was coming in. Called the furnace people we normally use but they said they couldn't send anyone out until the middle of the next week. With a weather change coming in, that wouldn't work. Found Apple Aire on the Tom Martino web site, called them and they arranged a service call for that day. They arrived early, diagnosed the problem (which turned out to be much simpler than I would have imagined) and then corrected the problem. Before the service guy left, he spent some time instructing me on what to do if it happens again. While it was a relatively simple fix, I could not have done it without the instructions I received. There was a service change for the call but it was well worth it. They are now our go-to provider and will be calling them shortly for a seasonal air conditioning service.

We just want to thank you so very much for the EXCEPTIONAL service that we recently received from Apple Aire. On a cold snowy Sunday, our heating system completely died. You came to our home within 2 hours and spent the next three cold days ripping out our old system and installing the new wonderful system. You were professional, thorough and personable. The work that you all did was BEYOND exceptional. Our home has hand numerous problems throughout the last 11 ½ years – too many to count! We have had to hire many companies and Apple Aire is BY FAR the very best that we have ever encountered. We appreciate everything, more than you’ll ever know and can never thank you enough. We will recommend Apple Aire to everyone we know. You’ll hear from us again!! Thank you.

FANTASTIC !!!!!!!!
My furnace went out and another company charged me, didn't fix the furnace, put a new one in, cut the water line to my ice maker, didn't tell me, the leak flooded my downstairs, ruined the new furnace that they put in. In addition the exhaust piping was leaky and carbon monoxide was coming into my home. Apple Aire was fantastic, knowledgeable, professional, courteous , honest and did an incredible job. They installed a top of the line furnace/ac for a great price. Don't go to anyone but them. Thank you Apple Aire.

Jason performed a whole house audit for me. He is SO thorough, not pushy, and speaks in a language a homeowner understands. He showed and taught me a lot in our two visits. It's not something he felt good doing, but he gently told me where I had I spent money needlessly for products that really added no energy value to the home. At the same time, he was very clear on what improvements I should and shouldn't make to get the best bang for my buck. He figured the payback time and left me with a complete, easy to read and understand audit. I am nearing 70 so he was very honest as to how to spend my money on improvements taking my age and payback into consideration He is an asset to Appleaire and you should be proud to have him as an employee.

Dear Tom, Apple Aire! Great, Great, Great company. What a fine group of men! I had the energy audit done. They cleaned out all of the old insulation, sealed all the edges with foam and blew in all the new insulation. What a job! They cleaned up everything after themselves every night. I did not have one speck of anything to clean. Fine polite, courteous group of workers. Seniors, if you need insulation or any plumbing work done call Apple Aire. Todd you can be proud of your workers.

Apple Aire, good value for your $
Apple Aire performed a thorough energy audit, added insulation where needed, installed proof gable vents and an evaporative cooler in our home. The energy audit was very comprehensive; it informed us of air leaks that cost additional $$ in heating and cooling. For example, the audit revealed hidden construction deficiencies, such as areas w/ little or no insulation! After the crew completed effective weatherization solutions (and informed us easy solutions we could implement), they installed an evaporative cooler and roof gable vents. Thanks to Todd Terry, we have an evap. cooler w/ ducts placed for maximum cooling. The Apple Aire crew is professional & efficient. Apple Aire offers great value for professional series and product quality.
