I signed an installment agreement on 8/25 but things went down hill after that. They charged my credit card the full amount instead of 50%. They refunded the 50% when I called. No call to schedule for the template until 3 weeks later. Scheduled for 10/18. 2 weeks later Melissa called to reschedule for 10/14. Melissa called the morning of 10/14 to cancel again. Said she'd talk to the GM and get back to me to reschedule. No one called. I called on 10/27 to cancel the project and now they want to charge $750 when zero work was done. GM raised his voice and was unprofessional. I lost my cool.
Good customer service , accommodated our work schedule but the job took 2 weeks longer than projected for various reasons. Job completed 12/14/2018. Quality product. I would recommend this company.
