SIDING
PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT
Your home is among the most important investments you will ever make. Investing in new maintenance-free siding can help increase the value of your property while adding to the home’s curb appeal. And once it’s installed, you can rest easy: many warranties are available to secure your investment.
PROTECT YOUR FOUNDATION
The primary function of a rain gutter is to protect a building’s foundation by channeling water away from its base. This reduces erosion, prevents leaks in basements, and protects painted or stained surfaces by reducing exposure to water. Clogged or dysfunctional gutters can overflow and soak the foundation, damage the roof structure.
GIVE YOUR HOME A NEW LOOK
Exterior home painting can give your whole house a new look and feel while adding some extra protection against hot summers, chilly winters, and a daily bombardment of UV rays. Whether you’re selling a home, completing a new construction, or moving into a new place, a fresh coat of paint can make a huge difference.
WINDOWS ARE THE ESSENCE OF EVERY HOME
Not only do windows allow the sun to beam into a home, but they also ensure the elements never enter your home. While new windows are able to do this adequately, older windows start to deteriorate and will slowly allow the outside air to enter the home. This is where over 30 percent of a homes energy bill will accumulate.
OUR CUSTOMERS ARE IMPORTANT.
High Plains Contracting strives to provide outstanding customer service and the highest quality craftmanship. We can see your project through from start to finish.

Above and Beyond
We had a cement truck back into the corner of our home, not once, but twice. Unfortunately this caused major structural damage to our roof, walls, roof truss's, interior drywall, soffit, and fascia just to name a few of the problems. I immediately called my insurance company and was advised to contact some contractors to access the damage and have a large tarp installed so as to protect our home from the weather, this happened in February of 2019.
I began calling contractors and was told over and over they were too busy or that the job was to big for them to handle. After spending quite some time calling contractors I finally found a contractor who was willing to come out and take a look at our damaged home. The name of the company was High Plains Contracting. Within the next few hours I had a project manager, JB, at my door ready to inspect the damage. And a few moments later the owner showed up, Todd Kerrigan, to assist with the inspection of the damage. They immediately tarped half the roof to protect our home from the elements. They assured me form that point on that they would be handling all of the details involved in repairing our home. I was extremely relieved. They met with my insurance company representative as well as engineers, from both the city and one hired by my insurance company, to determine the specific repairs needed to get our home repaired.
I was extremely impressed by how quickly, efficiently, and professionally they began taking over this large project. They were extremely thorough and easy to work with. Through out the process they did an excellent job communicating what the next step of the project would be and when it would begin. I've never worked with a company who were so courteous, respectful, and professional. We had a supervisor on site at all times during the process and the different tradesmen, we had 9 different trades, seemed to work very well with each other.
There are not enough positive words to express how I feel about High Plains Contracting, their owner Mr. Kerrigan, or my project manager Mr. Blomstrom. They went above and beyond on numerous occasions to help us out and work with us.
In closing, if you have any kind of construction (minor or major) I would extremely recommend and encourage you to contact High Plains Contracting. I guarantee that you will be happy that you did.

WONDERFUL COMPANY!
Todd and his people came out today to replace a gutter on my patio and also to add 3 3/4 downspout extensions to downspouts. I was more than happy and satisfied with the job they did and I appreciated very much their proactive approach to this work! I will be keeping them in mind for any other projects I can think of around my house!. Thank you, Todd!

Needs more than 5 stars
I wish I could give Todd with High Plains Contracting more than 5 stars. He came out to my property to give me an estimate on possible problems with either my roof or gutter. After troubleshooting for quite some time and getting on the roof with a hose he discovered that simply my gutters were clogged and causing my problems. In this crazy market I was so impressed that he was quick to set an appointment with me, showed up on time and really took the time to figure out the issue. Any issues I have in the future with any of my properties I will definitely make Todd my first call.
