We will personally inspect the property and document all damages with photos and weather data to equip ourselves with the facts to ensure that a fair settlement is reached. We handle all types of losses including flood, fire, wind, hail, mold, structural, contents damage, vandalism. We will work directly with your insurance company and we will personally meet the insurance company’s adjuster at the initial inspection, or if any additional inspections are required. After the big blizzard in 2019, we had significant roof and ceiling damage. We went thorough the 'normal' route of contacting our insurance company and filing the claim. The amount they covered was minimal, and far far below any of the repair quotes we had obtained. We knew the name - Paragon services by listening to the Troubleshooter show and the show staffs recommendations to contact Paragon for issues with insurance claims. Once it was obvious we were not making much progress with our insurance company, we finally contact Matt at Paragon Services. He was great to work with. He is polite, prompt, and kept us updated as to what the status of our claim was. By the time Matt was done, he was able to get us an additional $3,700 above what the insurance was willing to cover initially plus some additional funds that the insurance company wasn't initially providing, but was ultimately responsible to cover per the policy. All told, the final check we received was over $4,500. This allowed us to repair the damage properly. We wouldn't have been able to negotiate that without Paragon Services.
