Big Bob's customer service is great
Big Bob's customer service is great. They are willing to go above and beyond any expectations. They also have a great warranty. Big Bob's will fix any problems that you have with the flooring. They will even come out years after the installation to make sure that the customer is satisfied

extremely knowledgeable about flooring
Bill Cagle, our salesman, did an outstanding job when he came to provide an estimate for replacing the carpet and vinyl in our 120-year old house. He was extremely knowledgeable about flooring and what we may/may not see once the old carpet/vinyl was pulled up. He also provided great advice on matching colors with the existing wood paneling and kitchen cabinets.
