We had a wasp's nest between the foundation and window well in a crevasse. It was difficult to get to and a very large nest. Kyle our technician had to return several times. The companies guarantee was our satisfaction and we never had to pay for a return trip. I highly recommend this company! Great customer service!

Excellent Service!
Kyle was extremely thorough and thoughtful about a complicated situation with the wasps we had. They had built a nest in the crevice of a window well between the foundation and ground, and it had thick mud covering entry. The service sent another tech out earlier, but this nest was much bigger than anticipated and it required a 2nd visit. Kyle looked at the nest first, then suited up and carefully knocked down the entry to gain direct access to the complex matrix they had built between the foundation and ground. He attacked the entries numerous times while evaluating the situation and stayed

Yellow Jacket Nest
Overnight I had a family of yellow jackets build a nest inside my brick bbq pit on my patio. I discovered them when moving patio furniture, they were irritated by the noise. 2 stings later I jumped on the troubleshooter website and found Black Widow Exterminators. They were able to come out the same day, on time, and take care of the problem. The service was courteous, professional and affordable!! If unfortunate enough to get a nest of yellow jackets, or any other pest, I highly recommend giving Black Widow a call! You will be glad you did!

from N/A I called Black Widow Exterminators and talked to Paul Meyer about scheduling someone to come out and take care of my spider problem. Paul scheduled one of his pest control experts to come out within 48 hours and take care of my problem. Caleb arrived on time, got to business and took care of my pest problem. Caleb was very professional and courteous answering any and all of my questions. Using organic products I have no worries about working in the premises or having my dog around after the treatment. They Were Scared
I called Black Widow about my ant problem that had been going on for a week. Funny thing is i never seen another ant after i made the phone call. They are so good that they scared the ants away before they got here. Thanks for solving my problem guys. I have been watching and they are dying off by the hundreds and not coming in my home.
