Kirk, You were told incorrectly. I stand behind all my work. I would never want anyone to NOT be a walking advertisement of satisfaction. You can call or email with any question, and I will tell you my warranty on that particular service. The one exception is when a person buys parts elsewhere, or the car has an underlying problem that is impeding the key or remote fob programming service. I can not guarantee the success of these recycled parts. Online parts work out about 85% of the time. To be a REAL consumer advocate, I will credit the programming fees toward use of my products, should the ones bought elsewhere not work, even though there is additional time incurred. When we supply the parts, I guarantee success.
