Colorado Reverse Mortgage
My intention to give the best review I can for Mr Mark Massey! He is honest and works extremely hard. You will feel like you are his only client! He is an absolute professional and knows how these reverse mortgages work. I cannot express my gratitude to him! He really helped this old lady in her time of need like no other! I will never forget his kindness and how he came through. Everything he promised fell right into place. If you are planning on pursuing a reverse mortgage I know you cannot go wrong with Mark. He is number 1 in my book!!!

Making Reverse Mortgage Happen
This past summer of 2022 my sister & her husband needed to take out a reverse mortgage. After getting a referral from Tom Martino they chose Mark to handle the process. Mark made the trip to Colorado Springs to meet with them and did an excellent job of explaining the process to them. I don't know what Mark considers a complex mortgage but as far as I was concerned this one had to be one. Mark handled the complexities in a very professional manner. He addressed all the issues with no complaints along the way. Without a doubt, I can recommend Mark to handle anyone's Reverse Mortgage.

Happy in the Springs
Empower Reverse was fantastic. I am enjoying no house payment and paying off my debt. Plus I now have an emergency fund. Life is good. Mark kept me informed on all issues as they came up. Thanks Mark. I definitely will recommend Empower to others.

Dear Tom and staff, After searching for a company to handle my reverse I used your referral list and went with Mark at Empower. The whole process was seamless and Mark was on top of it every step. He kept me posted on what I needed for them and communicated almost daily on the progress. We were able to get approved and closed in record time! Mark and the notary came to my home and we were done in 30 minutes and I had my first check in a few days. The whole process was painless. Thanks to Mark an Empower.
