After having to fire our previous realtor, decided to give Frank a call after hearing him on Tom's radio show. In short, Frank and his team are amazing! Any time of day or night, whether it's phone calls, texts, emails, they are always there to pick up the phone or immediately get back to you. Not to mention Frank holds your hand through every step of the process, which I appreciated. In the end, Frank managed to get us 55k over asking price in overall value. Simply blown away! Don't think I've ever seen anyone work as hard as Frank to get us across the finish line. Highly recommended!

Let me start off by saying I apologize in advance for the long-winded review, but Frank and his team deserve no less! Like many others, I wanted to take advantage of these soaring home prices in Colorado and figured since homes were instantly selling, that the realtor part of the equation wasn't as important. Boy was I wrong! I had initially started working with a small local realtor. Long story short it was extremely frustrating. I am BIG on communication and my previous realtor had none of it. I was ready to sell my home and had not done anything like that in over 20+ years. I did not want to do this without a realtor. After interviewing 3 different agents, we chose Frank Duran. He had a skill set needed for navigating this market. He and his team were in constant communication. He was very transparent in all aspects of the sale. rank has the patience of Jobe and the mind of a genius! I had months of trying to get a tenant out of my rental house so I could get it ready to sell. Frank stayed in touch with me all those months until I could get the house repaired and ready for sale! Once we did list, Frank explained his method and the fact he was the expert, I trusted him and it paid off! He sold the house for $50,000 over list price. He checked in with us on a regular basis to see if we had any questions or concerns from the minute we contacted him until the closing. Our property sold for asking price on the first weekend it was listed thanks to the cleaning, staging, and photographs coordinated by Mr. Duran. I apologetically would like to take this opportunity to express a way long overdue shoutout and kudos to Frank Duran (the Real Estate Man). I contacted Frank back in the summer (Jun) of 2018 through the Tom Martino Referral List for help in selling my home in Aurora CO. Frank is my far the best real estate agent and gentleman that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing and working with in the course of buying and selling multiple homes across the country (i.e., from East to West coasts, and in between, as well as in Puerto Rico). His professionalism and personal one-on-one hand-on involvement is amazing and admirable. Frank goes above and beyond what anyone would normally expect. He personally visits with you at your home, and makes you feel as if you were his only client. Within a month or so he had our home sold in at a higher price than what it was listed, or what we had anticipated. Thank you, Frank! Frank sold my house for over asking price within the first week. He was proactive in his communication and educated me about every step of the process. He was available at all hours, including when he was out of town on vacation. His negotiation got the seller to pay more and drop inspection demands. He was caring and trustworthy.
