We had 2 trees needing pruning.Started with a different company for a bid, and went with them for the smaller tree.Was not impressed & thought they charged WAY too much for the work they did. Decided to get a 2nd bid (should have done that to begin with, I know) from GE Tree Service and they did the pruning of the large tree. Wow! Wish I had found them a long time ago, have been bouncing between different tree services for years, never very satisfied with the work and usually feeling ripped off. The people at GE immediately responded with a more reasonable bid and when we accepted a few days later, were actually able to fit us in the same day. Also impressive was the 2 gentlemen doing the work were certified arborists who did a great job and answered all questions; my trees are very valuable to me and this meant a lot. Everyone was pleasant and professional.

Mike called me within 10 mins after my listing and came out the same day to do an estimate. After 3 other companies called/came to do an estimate, we chose Mike and GE Tree Service. They are very knowledgeable, explained it all up front and and got the tree and debris taken away the same week.

GE Tree Service scheduled a prompt estimate and service appointment. Their rates were reasonable, they arrived on time, and their work went very smoothly and efficiently, including the final clean up. Would definitely use them again, and recommend their service to friends and neighbors.
